  Jodie finishes 6th on 600 in June 2003 WSMC GTU Endurance Race series...

    Arriving at the track only 1 hour before the 20 lap race started, with only 2 practice-start laps to scrub-in brand new tires, not having raced at Willow Springs since May 2001, and starting from the last row, Jodie did not get the best start, however, she worked her way up close enough to the read the name on the leathers of the 5th place finisher just in front of her at the checkered flag.

    The Women's Sports Foundation flew Jodie out to join in celebrating their 21st Annual Awards Dinner: A Salute to Women in Sports.  The Dinner was held in New York City at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel on Monday, October 16, 2000.  The Foundation honored the individual and team Sportswomen of the Year.  New inductees into the International Women's Sports Hall of Fame were also honored, and the Dinner was taped for a 60 minute TV special on Lifetime TV.
